After you have guaranteed your reservation and before you arrive:

• Up-to-date travel knowledge assistance for Boquete, Panama and Costa Rica
• **reservation assistance and preferred rates for rental vehicles
• **reservation assistance for in-country flights (through our transportation coordinator in Panama city) and hotels once you are here. Before you arrive, you are better off to book hotels online as you will frequently receive a better rate.

Upon arrival in Panama city:

• **Pick-up from the International Airport in Panama to your hotel, transportation in and around Panama city, city tours and shopping

Upon arrival at The Coffee Estate Inn:

• Jane's orientation to the Coffee Estate Inn and Boquete including an up-to-date map of the area
• You are provided with a remote control for entering/leaving the estate. To protect your privacy, we have a remote-controlled gate with an intercom at the entrance and camera surveillance

**Transfers from/to The Coffee Estate Inn

• Bocas del Toro, Costa Rican border, Luggage
• Rental vehicle drop-off/pick-up service

• Room safes in all bungalows
• Day and evening monitoring of the estate
